What a terrible idea for an app. What happened to employee privacy? This will easily be misused by employers. Plus service titan doesn’t count hours between calls properly so most technicians stay arrived at the previous call until they reach the next. So now everyone’s being recorded when not necessary. This app should be stopped

The auto-triggered start and stop recording functionality in the ServiceTitan mobile app makes it so easy to record every appointment. 

Now I have far more appointments to reference back to and learn from than I had before!
