Makes my job difficult ### 3/5 — Loss of functionality *2026-06-19, version 3.8.4* You keep taking away and changing the tasks and now I don’t even use the tasks tab anymore and our jobs don’t track as well. Also we don’t use the service that’s attached that would require location services to be turned on always. Constantly asking to turn on location services just drains batteries and makes it hard for service pros to use their pad if they constantly have to be charging it because of your app sucking the battery. ### 2/5 — Come on *2026-05-22, version 3.8.3* Automatically transferring data from one page to another is a no-brainer I thought in the computer world to cut down on error. The fact this has been out so long and still doesn’t format to fit a cellphone screen is ridiculous. This app makes my job a living hell, clocking in and out is a 3 step process, it duplicates every photo, crowding your camera roll, the font size when using on a phone is so small I can hardly read it with 20/20 vision. Invoices are buggy, and will glitch out causing you to have to fill out forms or submit photos 3-4 times, not efficient at all. Only infuriating. Non-existent customer service, and the only help you can get is a representative, which you pay for, and they don’t have any answers to how underdeveloped their 13 year old app is. This is a pitiful excuse of a FSM service. Office side is nothing but problems. There is an outage of some sort just about every week whether that’s phones, or emails, or whatever. ServiceTitan costs way too much for each managed tech to have the number of outages and issues it has. Way too many bugs. I feel like more effort could be put into maybe integrating some of the equipment we use submittals/brochures as well as more photos of the items we are selling in the presentation mode. Only one picture populates when there’s like 10 or 15 different line items in different accoutrements we are adding into our estimate. I feel like this would help our sales process and help the customer understand better what we are offering and what they’re getting. Other CRM’s have also integrated photos of the home when you dispatch so you know where you’re going just a little things like that. Regardless of input, given on the user and fixes are rarely made and continue to exist. If they were open to having things fixed, especially with bigger companies that are using it, I would be more than happy to recommend this app, but given the lack of. Service from what I have seen from my perspective I wouldn’t recommend. not to mention if you look at the history of the app all they have done since it’s release is bug fixes basically meaning that they released a app that was not really ready to integrate into field scenarios. The concept is great and it really does have potential, but until they actually take into consideration the technician side of things they are just.
