## What is Serviin?

A app Serviin ajuda as pessoas  surdas ou com dificuldades de audição a comunicar com a sociedade ouvinte através de um serviço online de interpretação em LGP.

A App Serviin faz a ponte entre a pessoa surda e o ouvinte, permitindo comunicar em LGP com os parceiros assim como chamar um táxi, as autoridades ou comunicar com o seu empregador, entre outros. A necessidade da presença física de um intérprete é  substituída pelo acesso online a um intérprete LGP através de uma videochamada. 

Principais funções e características:
- Interpretação online profissional em Língua Gestual Portuguesa por intérpretes profissionais através de vídeo-chamada.
- Acesso a um intérprete sem a necessidade de reservar ou marcação.
- Possibilidade de ligação ao call center dos nossos parceiros  sem barreiras através de intérprete em LGP.
- Possibilidade de comunicar em LGP com familiares e amigos ouvintes a partir do smartphone.
- Lista de parceiros, serviços e contactos na App.

A aplicação Serviin requer uma ligação à Internet.
