App crashes all the time. Have to reinstall this app to many times just so it can work for a little bit before I have to repeat the process again. Always seems to fail when I’m right in front of a customer trying finish an invoice. Unprofessional app. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you are actually trying to look bad at what you do.

We started using this at the plumbing company I work at. It’s been instrumental in getting away from paper invoices. My favorite part is the work history. I can straighten out difficult repeat customers fast. 

This app crashed on me one time in 18 months and it was because I didn’t update the version. That was my fault.

I’ve been using the program for a little over 2 years. It’s user friendly and the finished invoice is very professional looking. It’s quick, easy and gets the job done. It’s definitely made our jobs much easier and accurate

I’ve used it for the last two years. Makes communicating with dispatch simple and quick. If I’ve ever encountered a problem, I’ve contacted the software developers directly so they could tell me what I screwed up and how to fix it.
