Servpac Softphone lets you take your office number anywhere you are, whether it’s talking with team members for a project and informing customers about the latest products. The app turns your iPhone into a VoIP phone that receives and makes calls over your mobile carrier’s data connection. Servpac Softphone is optimized to work in the background of the device. 
 
Servpac Softphone offers the following features:
 
• 3 Way Calling for sharing info with multiple team members at once
• Outbound calls use your company Caller ID and not your phone number
• Quickly transfer calls to other parties using Blind or Supervised Transfer options
• Voice messaging with voicemails sent to your email.
• Dial other extensions directly using the extension number.
• Create customized company greetings, voicemail, hold music, and more

Emergency Calls
Servpac Softphone provides handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular dialer Attempts to call an emergency number using this app will cause your device to complete the call through your mobile carrier network as best as possible. This is dependent on the operating system of the mobile device, which is outside of Servpac’s control and subject to change at any time. Using Servpac as a default dialer may interfere with dialing emergency services.

### 5/5 — Disconnects for no reason

When I’m logged in it works great, but for some reason it keeps randomly logging me out. I don’t know about it until my email tells me I have a voicemail. Reliability is the most important aspect of something like this for me and it’s not there yet. Supposedly deleting the app and reinstalling it is supposed to help if you’re having the issue.

Update: The app will now allow us to label our buttons with the actual phone number so I am correcting my score upward.

The app which is based on Counterpath’s Bria works except for something that makes it an unsuitable standard for any organization. In our organization, all phone users need two lines, one for our main published line, and the other for the individual’s extension. The Servpac app cannot label the line with our phone number. Instead, the label is their circuit number which is 746l in this case. The Bria app will allow you to label each line with whatever you want. So we’re sticking with Bria
