I am using the app as a technician in the field and have never had one day where it actually worked as expected. I have to log out & log in after almost every single service entry. It constantly freezes and won’t respond unless the app is killed and restarted. I only deal with a small part of the system and I hear from others that it only gets worse. I guess I should be happy I don’t have to work with the desktop app… If an update is released, it’s probably just a change to the version number. If you’re looking for software like this to fill your needs, you should do everyone a favor and keep looking. ### 3/5 — New devices *2023-06-06, version 20.12.64* Wish it would work with the iPhone 14 pro max Due to the screen being pushed down because of the camera cut out I’m unable to use it on the latest device I hope it is updated soon ### 1/5 — I’d leave zero stars if I could *2023-03-30, version 20.12.62* This app doesn’t function well at all. It is the only part of my job I dislike and it’s such a problem I’m considering changing employment just so I don’t use this app any longer ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-02-07* Literally unusable on a newer iPhone. The login button is above the notch and underneath the battery symbol. Can not press the button to even login. Even when the buttons do “work” I find my self tapping 10+ times trying to find the exact spot for it to work. Why is the hit box so small?? It took so many tries to login on my 12 Pro Max. Switched to the 14 Pro Max and it’s impossible. This is garbage. Also it’s 2023, why does this program resemble something made on windows 98? Customer service is horrible would not recommend even talking to them they’re worthless. App always has issues and concerns that customer service cannot fix or help you with because they are useless and worthless. App glitches consistently on a daily basis. Consistently have to delete app and reinstall to make it work again. Just plain trash ### 1/5 — As others have said, worst app out there *2022-10-26* Our company has dealt with Servsuite for over a decade and it has been terrible since day one. The only reason they're still in business has been a lack of competitors but that it changing quickly (hence why they had to buy FieldRoutes before they took all of their clients). ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-09-08, version 20.12.38* This is by far the worst app out there for workorders and such I can’t stand the amount of time waisted on this app ### 1/5 — Very unpleasant experience *2022-05-25* Hands down one of the worst apps I’ve ever used the interface is clunky and time consuming but I can deal with that, the worst part of the whole app is the sync feature I have deleted and reinstalled the app almost 7 times in one month because it would get stuck syncing and the jobs wouldn’t save them have to go back on my own time to remember everything so the guy at the office could manual put the info in. I would rather be sent out with a piece of paper and crayon because at least the crayon will work even if broken. This app is the most unpleasant thing I have ever used and creates more stress then it’s worth. I wish they had a zero star rating because it doesn’t even deserve that ### 2/5 — Display *2022-05-13* Can’t even use some buttons on the app without adjusting the view on my phone. I hate having to switch out of the standard view to a zoomed view because of how much it enlarges everything on my phone. I can see my screen just fine without a zoom option. But without it I can’t hit buttons in the corners of my screen. ### 1/5 — Epic failure *2022-05-12, version 20.12.33* Every since service titan has taking over this place is going downhill. Nothing seems to work everything crashes. ### 1/5 — Do yourself a favor and find another software company *2022-05-11* My company has used ServSuite since 2015, and it has been absolutely nothing but problems, both with this mobile app and the desktop system. You might get lucky and have everything work as it’s supposed to for a couple weeks straight, but over these 7 years we’ve operated with half of their services not working at any given time. Their customer service is atrocious - we’ve had at least 20 tickets open with things that aren’t working for YEARS and they do nothing to address them. The cost of anything custom is astronomical and it takes them months to complete. The software was acquired by another company called Service Titan a couple of years ago, and they promised to be customer support driven. So far it’s just been a total mess and the software and interaction with the company has functioned worse than before. Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other option ### 1/5 — Bad app, even worse system! *2022-05-07* As of today, they just got tagged by apple for trying to avoid the app fee. They told us we had to update over the internet and not the App Store because it took too long. So that was a lie, we now had to delete the current app and revert to the outdated one on the App Store. A few months ago they were hacked and some of our customers invoicing stopped working. We had a customer who had not received a bill in months, we asked ServSuite what was going on and they literally said, “that’s strange, we don’t know why that happened.” Their direct mail takes up to 30 days to send out invoices, so we now print them off daily and mail them. The email billing doesn’t show up as your company’s name, and often goes to customers spam. I’d love to write a novel about how bad this company is. As an owner and user, we are now looking to move to Another software. Run from this company, find a company where their app will work for more than a week. ### 1/5 — Beware, Company owners Steer away!! *2022-04-21* Do not, and i repeat, do not use this app company owners. There’s always a problem with this app crashing, as well as it freezing every time you send out an emailed invoice. This app has too many bugs, and the owner of this app doesn’t care of fixing any issues. Makes me believe he just in it for the money. Find a better app that’ll actually keep up with updates and bugs ### 2/5 — Horrible App *2022-03-16, version 2.12* This app will have you out of work. It’s not reliable. The developers should be ashamed of themselves for this one. Confusing. *2026-08-12* Absolute dog water app. I’m a pest control technician and use the app for my routes. Half the time the app is crashing or won’t load the information needed to get the job done. Jobs are organized by time-slots and they DONT EVEN APPEAR IN ORDER. I’m unable to scroll through my jobs with an 8 am at the top of the list and follow down in chronological order. An 8 am will be followed by a 3 pm then a 2 pm then an 11 am and so forth. It makes organizing horrendous. An incredibly inefficient app that does the absolute bare minimum. ### 1/5 — Literally the worst app ever created *2026-05-20, version 20.12.105* Freezes and glitches all the time literally made an account just to review this it sucks soooooo bad like you cant even put into words how slow and $h!tyy it is ### 1/5 — This may be the most outdated system and app I’ve ever seen *2025-12-12* I’ve been in the pest control business for quite some time. This is the worst system and app I’ve ever used. On PC every click of the mouse is a new tab. There’s 200 ways to do the same thing. The routing system is awful. The app? Even worse. Synching takes so long. You’re unable to do anything while it synchs. You can press “cancel” while another window is to which requires it to synch. If their system goes down you literally have to go into some settings and delete the failed codes in order to synch. There’s like 12 pages to flip through to fill out required fields, why can’t I scroll. If you love Windows 98 then you might enjoy this but the design pre-dates the existence of man. They are always improving and update it often so it’s really important to follow the recommendations for downloading the most updated version. Since we have moved to a mobile system our processes have been much more streamlined.
