There’s quite a bit of untranslated Japanese, which doesn’t really get in the way of operating the hardware, just feels unpolished. My biggest complaint is that you can’t just run it on Matter; it still REQUIRES an internet connection. I would much rather just connect it to Home Assistant (or even HomeKit) and leave it isolated from the internet. **Developer response:** We will do our best! 引き続き、変わらぬご応援お願いいたします。 ϵ( 'Θ' )϶ ### 3/5 — 快適です。 *2026-02-12* 2025年にセサミフェイス追加してさらに快適に利用してます。 今年に入ってオープンセンサーを追加したけど 全然うまく行かなくてがっかり 安かったからしょうがないと諦めてます。 ————- セサミタッチが出たと知って、本体も改良されてるというのでセサミ3から買い替え。 手ぶら解除機能は無くなったんですね。 精度がいまいちで使えなかったから問題なし。 セサミタッチの取り付け場所迷いました。 インターホンの脇につけたのですが、指紋もICカードも反応がよくてすぐ開きます。鍵持たないでいいし、アプリもいらないしで非常に便利。 指紋解除できるようになり閉め出しの心配がなくなったので、オートロック機能が使えるようになりました。 セサミ３付けた時は、たまに家族から使えなかったっとか使い方がわからないとか言われたけど、変えてからは誰からも文句言われません。鍵が勝手に閉まるから、もはや誰も閉めないくらいw 同じセサミだからと、本体だけを付け替えようとしたら合いませんでした！ネジ大きくなってるしネジ穴も違っていたので、古いのを剥がすのが大変でした。 セサミタッチ、フタが開けヅラいこと （カッターの歯を差し込まないと外せなかった）、電池交換やリセットは、貼り付けたのを取り外さなきゃならないこと。このふたつは改良してほしい。 **Developer response:** 平素より弊社商品をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 セサミの施錠・解錠の角度がずれているとのことでご不便をおかけしております。 角度の再設定、本体のリセットをしても改善されない場合にはセンサーの故障の可能性がございますので、一度弊社カスタマーサービス＜sesame@candyhouse.co＞までお問い合わせいただけますと幸いです。 ### 3/5 — iPhoneで使えなくなった *2026-01-22* 26/01/22 今日見たらiPhoneアプリで使えるようになっていました。よくわかりませんけれど、何らかの修正がされたのでしょうか？この先も安定して動作するようにしていただけることを希望します。 26/01/05 なぜかまたiPhoneアプリで使えなくなりました。Bluetoothのヘッドホンは問題なく動いているし、家族3人とも使えなくなっているので、何らかの問題が起きていると思います。 25/12/30 このままでは使えないので、セサミフィスを買って接続しました。なぜかセサミフェイスを使うようにしたら、iPhoneのアプリも動作するようになりました。 25/12/05くらいまで問題なかったのですが、ここ数日で使えなくなりました。 アプリからロックに接続すると、一瞬接続され、正しい状態を表示しますが、すぐに切断されてしまいます。この時鍵の操作もできません。したがってアプリでロック解除することができません。 Android 版は問題ありません。 対応をお願いしたいです。 **Developer response:** iPhone Bluetooth 故障ではないでしょうか。 ## Frequently asked questions about Sesame, Open Sesame ### What does the Sesame, Open Sesame app do?
