Why you create this app?! Provide feedback regarding your awkward three independent schedule. Never change ### 1/5 — Won’t let me login *2026-04-11, version 7.1.127* Platinum Season Pass and I can’t login to the app. It has a redirect loop on the login form. Though it can detect incorrect password and only redirects when the password is correct. It’s as if the login session isn’t persistent. ### 1/5 — This is for Philadelphia only *2026-03-18, version 7.2.126* You should mention that this is only for Philadelphia and not for the San Diego location. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2025-10-16, version 7.2.112* App keeps asking me to login and closing me out. I’ve redownload app, shut down my phone and tried it on and off of wifi and it still won’t keep me logged in ### 1/5 — Used to work great, can’t get in anymore randomly *2025-08-09, version 7.2.112* The app was so convenient when it worked. I randomly got kicked out but when I login again it brings me to the main page acting like I need to login again. No matter how many times I login it doesn’t let me in. I deleted the app then reinstalled it, made sure it’s up to date and restarted my phone but nothing works. It’s so annoying not being able to access my memberships in the app and purchases. ### 1/5 — Send help *2025-07-30, version 7.2.84* This app is awful is doesn’t link any of our passes (but somehow they show up on the SeaWorld app) but it’s annoying because I can’t see any member benefits or purchase member discounted tickets etc. When you click on ‘My pass’ it says to login to view your passes AND THEN KEEPS MAKING YOU LOGIN. this has been a problem for months upon months please help 😭 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-07-29, version 7.2.84* Doesn’t even let you log in. Just says login error always even after changing password that I knew was correct. ### 1/5 — Linking existing pass *2025-07-21, version 7.2.84* Literally impossible to link and existing pass only lets me buy a pass but my mom bought me one that I can’t link to my own account ridiculous needs to be more like the Disney app ### 1/5 — Does not sync with season pass *2025-07-04, version 7.2.84* Discounts that are supposed to be available for season pass members (such as discounted cabana pricing, free parade seating) do not appear in the app. Can only be accessed via calling customer service. I have had this problem for the last three consecutive years that I have held a season pass. Impossible to make reservations and very clunky to navigate to access even basic information. Some event pages give you the option to see future dates, other pages about the exact same event only show today’s date but no option to scroll forward. Overall useless app, just call customer service and hope someone answers. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-06-24, version 7.2.84* I can’t even log into the app for the first time.
