I am not seeing my season passes and every time I try to link it it won’t let me link my season passes. I have tried to see if I could purchase guest tickets from my season pass Benefits or discount whatever the cases but it’s not letting me. The app needs a lot of fixing. When I call it’s like they don’t know what’s going on. I explain and they keep saying that the app is having some technical difficulties. It’s been over a month and I’m getting the same issue. Looks like this will be my last season pass to Sesame Place. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t function properly *2024-06-22* I bought tickets and downloaded the app. Signed up and got an error message for two days. Finally the app opened and now it can’t recognize my purchase made with the same email to have tickets on the app. Customer support is non-existent. ### 1/5 — Non Functioning at the Park *2024-05-25* During the most important time, the app was completely non-functional. Kept getting login errors, weird glitches, and was unable to pull up season pass or reservations, or use the map. After a reinstall, I was completely unable to log in through the app at all for the rest of the visit. App is fine for schedule but after we finally found the only manager in the entire park that can do anything they said they discourage using the app to order food because they always run out. Still no max and cheese. Sunk cost and sunk time. Though it can detect incorrect password and only redirects when the password is correct. I’ve redownload app, shut down my phone and tried it on and off of wifi and it still won’t keep me logged in ### 1/5 — Used to work great, can’t get in anymore randomly *2025-08-09* The app was so convenient when it worked. I randomly got kicked out but when I login again it brings me to the main page acting like I need to login again. No matter how many times I login it doesn’t let me in. I deleted the app then reinstalled it, made sure it’s up to date and restarted my phone but nothing works. It’s so annoying not being able to access my memberships in the app and purchases. ### 1/5 — Send help *2025-07-30* This app is awful is doesn’t link any of our passes (but somehow they show up on the SeaWorld app) but it’s annoying because I can’t see any member benefits or purchase member discounted tickets etc. When you click on ‘My pass’ it says to login to view your passes AND THEN KEEPS MAKING YOU LOGIN. this has been a problem for months upon months please help 😭 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-07-29, version 7.2.84* Doesn’t even let you log in. Just says login error always even after changing password that I knew was correct. ### 1/5 — Linking existing pass *2025-07-21, version 7.2.84* Literally impossible to link and existing pass only lets me buy a pass but my mom bought me one that I can’t link to my own account ridiculous needs to be more like the Disney app ### 1/5 — Does not sync with season pass *2025-07-04* Discounts that are supposed to be available for season pass members (such as discounted cabana pricing, free parade seating) do not appear in the app. Can only be accessed via calling customer service. I have had this problem for the last three consecutive years that I have held a season pass. Impossible to make reservations and very clunky to navigate to access even basic information. Some event pages give you the option to see future dates, other pages about the exact same event only show today’s date but no option to scroll forward.
