## What is Sesklo?

One home services platform, built for both sides of the job.

Homeowners get clear, comparable quotes without the phone tag. Service providers get the tools to run the whole job — quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and more — in one app.

FOR HOMEOWNERS
• Describe your project once — add photos or a quick video so pros can quote accurately.
• Get standardized, comparable quotes from local providers, laid out the same way.
• Your phone number stays private until you choose to move forward.
• Message, schedule visits, and follow the work — photos and updates tied to your job.
• Pay securely in the app when the job's done.

FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS
• Jobs come to you — open requests matched to your services and area, ready to quote from your phone.
• Build professional quotes fast with your own price book, and send them as branded PDFs.
• Run your day on a calendar made for field work — visits, drive time, and team dispatch in one view.
• Invoice and get paid in the same place the work happened.
• Know your numbers — job costing with labor, materials, and mileage, plus reports you can shape your way.
• Keep every customer's history in one place, and win the rehire.
• No per-lead fees. Ever. Every job request is free to view and quote.

ONE PLACE, NOT FIVE APPS
The homeowner who hires you and the pro you hire work in the same place — same quotes, same schedule, same messages, same records.

Homeowner or renter, solo operator or a whole crew — Sesklo runs the job from "can I get a quote?" to paid-in-full.

For service providers:
• Time clock that works anywhere — no signal or GPS needed — with lock-screen controls and Siri
• Discounts on quotes, invoices and payment requests, as a dollar amount or a percent
• Ask customers to sign when they pay an invoice, or have them sign in person on your phone
• Job photos are never lost: uploads wait on your phone and send when you have signal
• Route view: one person's stops for the day on a map, with directions to the next one
• One Notifications page: choose what reaches you and how, with quiet hours and on-call
For everyone:
• Pinch to zoom on any photo
• Faster, steadier Home Checkup camera, and fixes throughout

### 1.0.10 — 2026-10-21

• Home Checkup: photograph the label on your water heater, furnace, air conditioner or appliance (Properties → your home → Equipment) to see its age, typical life, a recall check and a replacement cost estimate. Free and informational only.
• A guided welcome for homeowners and service providers.
• Describe your project and Sesklo fills in the request.
• Add a home you rent.
• Providers: set up your Automated Receptionist right in the app.
• On iPad and other wide screens, Help can sit beside the app. ← iOS only
• You choose whether Sesklo AI features can use your information. Change it any time in My Account → Sesklo AI. ← iOS only

### 1.0.9 — 2026-10-12

Sesklo 1.0.9

For service providers:
• Export my data: download your customers, jobs, invoices and payments.
• See each Stripe payout fee under Billing & Payments.
• Checklists on recurring services.

Plus fixes across scheduling, reports and billing.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-03

• Crew members get their own alerts for new jobs, schedule changes, customer replies and approved time, with personal notification settings and quiet hours.
• Time approval: crew submit their hours and an owner or admin approves or returns them.
• Follow-up reminders on customers and prospects.
• Checklist items can require a photo.
• Job costs can carry a quantity and unit cost.
• Owners can decide whether crew may reschedule their own visits.
• Customers are told when a visit is booked.
• A provider's receptionist number appears on their public profile.
• Terms and Privacy Policy are tappable at signup.
• Fixes and polish throughout.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-27

• Better VoiceOver support: project cards and several other tappable items can now be opened with VoiceOver.
• Receptionist: if your business-texting registration is rejected, the app now says so and shows the reason, instead of "Registration pending." Calls and voicemails are still captured in the meantime.
• Blog posts are now color-coded by who they're written for.
• Bug fixes and improvements.
