Depositing checks from home is a smooth seamless process with no difficulties encountered. Checking the accounts online is fast and accurate. I’ve been banking there for years. Great staff inside or on the phone. I traveled around for 2 years and they helped me with everything. I live in Placerville Ca. now but I’m not giving you guys up. You’re the #1 bank for me! ### 1/5 — App won't open after update -- "COMING SOON" message is all I get *2023-02-22, version 8.0.1* If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. After the update on 2/21/23, when I try to open the app, I get a "COMING SOON" and "ACCESS DENIED" message -- I cannot use the app at all, or even see the balance in my accounts. I don't understand why would any bank release an updated version if they know people won't be able to use the app at all. I'm beyond angry, and will be leaving Sesloc. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! 😡🤬 ### 1/5 — Change banks *2023-01-09, version 7.0.5724* This is quite literally the worst app for mobile banking I’ve ever used. I regret using this bank, please save yourself time and use someone else. ### 1/5 — No on line statements for me *2022-10-28, version 7.0.5724* Unable to get like all my payments for medical. This is normal for with other specifics I have looked for. Also when wanting to review bank statements from a few months back can’t do, so I get paper statements. When requested paper was told it would cost me so paper statements monthly I found the way I can go to my get what I want. ### 1/5 — BANKER BEWARE *2022-07-05* SESLOC is the absolute worse place to keep your money. They accept bank levies and charge you $75 and inform you later. They say the system is what messes you up. You cannot get correct help from one rep. None of the info they give you is consistent or correct . So they took $75 NO OTHER bank does that well credit union. Do NOT do business as even though they are a non profit? They make so much money off of fees and messing up your loans and accounts. I used this account sparingly and have had more fees than usage. Then my card gets cut off for no reason. Another week of calls . You will spend your life on the phone with SESLOC and go grey ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2020-11-13, version 5.0.5611* It takes way to long to figure everything out. Also I had an auto pay set up with another back for my car. I canceled it and started a new one that was for a little more. They never canceled the other one after I requested it in the app. So I ended up making a double payment all on the same day and am now on the road (truck driver) and have no money because the app doesn’t work properly. ### 1/5 — Left menu sidebar keeps opening up all the time!!! — Impossible to use the app. Please fix this! *2020-11-02, version 5.0.5611* Ever since the last update, whenever I open the app and try to scroll through the list of transactions of my bank account, the app keeps opening up the left menu sidebar. This sidebar opens randomly and all the time. This is totally unwanted and makes it impossible to browse through your last transactions without being annoyed to death, as this sidebar keeps opening up every second or two!!! For this reason, I hate this new app! Please fix this!!! ### 1/5 — This app gives me a headache *2020-05-03, version 5.0.5409* I’m considering switching to any other bank because I can’t even log in to my account. And once I do, I can’t even get back on because it makes me re sign in even when I’ve pressed the “remember me” button. This app makes me create a new login ID and password for every time I go to login. Worst app I’ve came across. You would think that a federal bank would have the decency to make an app that lets people sign in. ### 1/5 — So many bugs and always crashing *2018-08-01, version 4.0.5405* I can never seem to deposit a check without doing it 36 times with it crashing (and no I’m not exaggerating I actually counted) and still no luck. If I wasn’t forced to use the app for depositing my checks due to my location, I would never use this app. Absolutely terrible. Never gets fixed in any updates either. Not one. It gives me full peace of mind knowing my card isn’t going to be locked for ridiculous issues. Yet SESLOC still knows when to inform me of suspicious activity quickly without leaving me in situations where I can’t use my funds.
