Double tapping at the end of a bar does not add a new bar, the notes on the keyboard are not the notes being played, and trying to find he actual notes you want seems impossible. Thanks to Band Session I have professionally everything I need. I love the app and all its packs. Very useful for creating your own backing tracks. Battery problem makes it unusable for not more than 30 mins unless your device is plugged in. Pretty poor to not have them (same for SessionBand Original). Regret purchasing now. ### 1/5 — Poor edit page *2021-04-07* Good loops but the whole app is not well designed. No pause/play button in the edit screen. This basic feature has been requested for years but developers don’t listen. The app needs updates based on users’ feedback. ### 1/5 — Buggy. Fine. Then Sessionband Rock just hangs and freezes for ever. Can't re-open it, have restarted my iPad Pro. Still can't open the app. I want my money back. WTF is going on? PLEASE.... have a PLAY/STOP button on the EDIT window!?! It is INCREDIBLY frustrating and hindering to workflow to keep having to switch backwards and forwards and then stop and start and back and forward again!! It does take a minute to get fast at editing, but that is more due to the Ipad. Easy to export progressions or grooves to a DAW, and between all the different apps for jazz, funk, or rock, there is going to be a Session Band that works for you. ### 5/5 — Great! *2022-05-16* I have almost all of the SessionBand apps for ipad. I wish that I could export the chords from one app to another, instead of having to recreate in each individual app. Also would be great to combine them. By muting the rest of the instruments I have a more than competent drummer in my living- or bedroom, without disturbing the neighbours. On top of all that SessionBand is a great tool of inspiration for anybody trying to move forward whether he/she/they is/are playing in a cover band or trying to get his/her/their own music off the ground...👌 ### 5/5 — My current favorite tool for songwriting *2020-12-05* Just makes it so easy to come up with chord progressions and adapt them to fit your lyrics. Wonderful and simple to use. Also very realistic and natural sound. Highly recommend!
