## What is SessionRun?

SessionRun helps you design timed sessions, then run them live with a calm, focused timer. Use it for workshops, trainings, coaching sessions, classes, meetings, events, stage programs, production rundowns and any format that needs a clear flow.

With SessionRun Builder, you turn rough ideas into a structured agenda made of timed blocks. Add titles, purpose, descriptions, assignees, colors and durations, then reorder the flow until the timing feels realistic.

When the room starts, switch into SessionRun Live Timer. The app shows the current block, what comes next, remaining time, total progress, buffer and overrun. You can add or remove minutes in the moment without losing the plan.

PLAN THE SESSION
Create clear agendas, meeting plans, training flows, lesson plans, event schedules and run sheets. Keep the total duration visible while you shape the work.

RUN THE LIVE TIMER
Guide the room from one block to the next with a large countdown, progress context and quick time adjustments.

CAPTURE AND SHARE
Write live notes during the session, then export a clean agenda or results PDF. You can also print or copy the rundown as text for emails, messages, slides and production notes.

LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN
