The free version does not receive calls unless it’s open. While i have no problem paying for the upgrade, I’d suggest looking elsewhere as these folks will never answer your support queries and the HELP link goes to a 404. Pretty dicey indeed. Moving on to groundwire.

ich verwende Ihre App mit ADD-IN Käufen, aber sie funktioniert leider mit mehreren ärgerlichen Fehlern, die sicherlich schnell und einfach für Sie zu beheben sind, können Sie mir helfen? In den Rezensionen des App Store habe ich gelesen, dass Sie einen fabelhaften Support haben, daher habe ich auch etwas für die App bezahlt und keine andere kostenfreie App benutzt:

1) PUSH Notification kommt leider nicht mehr oft! Anscheinend weckt Ihre App das iPhone nicht mehr zuverlässig auf. So verpasse ich die meisten Anrufe, das ist natürlich sehr schlecht! Hintergrunddaten sind im iPhone erlaubt, mobil als auch im WiFi

2) Mitteilung Fehler „Push Error - Registration Failure“

3) keinerlei Vibration beim Anruf, weder auf dem iPhone noch auf der Apple Watch. Nur im Anschluss wenn ich den Anruf verpasst habe weil ich nicht gemerkt habe, dass das Telefon klingelt WEIL es nicht nicht vibriert hat, gibt es bei Push Mitteilung eine kurze Vibration „missed call“. Es sollte aber in jedem Fall immer vibrieren, wenn man die Vibration & Haptik angeschaltet hat

4) in der PUSH-Mitteilung „missed call“ wird nicht auf das iPhone Telefonbuch zugegriffen, es wird auch nicht wie bei einer Anrufsignalisierung der gleiche Wert geliefert, hier wird ein weiterer anderer Wert geliefert als beim Anruferbild: **611. Bitte Option bereitstellen, dass man aktivieren kann, dass der Name aus dem iPhone Telefonbuch angezeigt wird. 

5) Anzeige des Anrufers beim Vollbild Anruf fehlerhaft, es werden keine Leerzeichen und keine Umlaute dargestellt, es sollte zB angezeigt werden „02 Küche“ / es wird aber falsch in Ihrer App angezeigt als „02Kche“. Bitte Option bereitstellen, dass man aktivieren kann, dass der Name aus dem iPhone Telefonbuch angezeigt wird (siehe auch ein Punkt weiter oben, kann man eventuell im gleichen Coding kombinieren…)

6) Keine Übersetzung des Textes, wenn man einen Anruf verpasst hat. Es erscheint in der PUSH-Mitteilung „missed call“ - es müsste aber „verpasster Anruf“ heissen

7) die meisten Push-Mitteilungen werden nicht in der Mitteilungszentrale gespeichert

8) Name des SIP-Kontos wird nicht in der Telefon-App / Reiter Wähltastatur angezeigt, sondern der Benutzename des entsprechenden SIP-Kontos, das ist sehr schlecht. Hier sollte unbedingt der individuelle selbst vergebene Name des SIP-Accounts stehen, denn manche Anbieter vergeben nur sehr kryptische Benutzernamen anstatt der Telefonnunmer als Benutzername

9) fehlerhafte Übersetzung Push-Mitteilung „Voicemail received… New Messages“ - es müsste heissen „Mailbox Nachricht erhalten / neue Nachrichten)

10) keine eigenen Klingeltöne & Benachrichtigungen hinzufügbar zB als MP3
