You cannot sell Tuesday at 2pm twice. An hour is the one thing you sell that expires. If nobody books it, or somebody books it and never turns up, that hour is gone and so is the money. Restaurants, hotels and airlines worked this out long ago. The person working alone, who feels it hardest, never got the tools. Sessurely does three things. Sessurely has been a really good fit. I can manage my schedule, keep track of clients, take payments and deposits, and protect myself when someone cancels late or doesn’t show up. When you run a small business by yourself, one missed appointment is real money and you don’t have a front desk handling everything for you. I also really appreciate that the pricing feels straightforward. I’d rather know what I’m paying for a complete app than start cheap and discover fees and add-ons everywhere later. It’s simple enough that I didn’t have to “learn” another piece of software, but complete enough that I can actually run my appointments through it. If you make your living one appointment at a time, this app just makes sense. **Developer response:** Thank you, this genuinely means a lot. You put your finger on exactly why the no-show protection is in there. When you are the whole business, a missed appointment isn't an annoyance, it's the afternoon's income gone. SETTING UP IS HARDER TO GET WRONG Put a deposit on a service before your bank is connected and the app tells you right there, instead of letting you believe the money is on its way. Today keeps a short setup list in front of you until it is finished, showing the one next thing and how many are left. Services is easier to find, and now says what it is for. PLAINER WORDS We went through every screen and took out the words that made sense to us and not to you. "Payouts" is now "your bank". "Handle" is now "booking link". The number on each appointment says Session Score where you first meet it, instead of being a circle you have to guess at. YOUR NUMBERS TELL YOU THE TRUTH A part refunded payment shows what you actually kept, everywhere it appears. Your held deposit total and the list behind it always agree. A no-show that cannot be charged tells you why, instead of quietly looking done. And if your client history cannot load, it says so, rather than showing nothing and letting you think someone is brand new. YOUR BOOK STAYS YOURS With app lock on, your client's name now stays hidden in the two places it was still slipping through: a new booking on your Lock Screen, and your day on Apple Watch, including the watch face. Your data export is protected while it sits on your phone, and it is removed once you have shared it. EASIER TO READ AT A GLANCE Zero unsecured sessions now says All secured, in green, instead of a zero you have to interpret. The coloured mark on each appointment is a small dot beside the service, so it stops competing with the status next to it. Payments says Held for you and No-show fees, rather than one word each. ALSO Tapping a reminder opens the screen it is talking about. Changes you make on the web reach your phone without a restart. If your session ends you get a way back in, not a screen that will not load. Turning on app lock can no longer lock you out for good. Settings no longer offers you an upgrade you already have.
