I like this app. Lots of decent recipe ideas to get some good food variations into my plan. I also like that the exercises are shown by a real person and not a cartoony graphic. Lots of great features here so I’ll say thumbs up to this 👍🏼

This as app is amazing great specific workout plans that helped me meet my goal, love how the workout plans change every week,  meal plans for all my intolerances
