## What is SetCue?

SetCue is a focused lifting target board for people who already know how to train.

Set up your split, starting weight, reps, schedule, and progression style. SetCue shows the target for today, keeps the math simple, and lets you record Done, Hard, or Missed without turning your workout into a logging chore.

SetCue is built for lifters who want:

Today's split, target weight, and reps at a glance
Progression based on Training Max
Support for total-load and added-load targets
Barbell, belt, and dumbbell loading hints
Home Screen widgets
Apple Watch dashboard, Progress trend, rest-day "train anyway", and watch face complications
A Progress trend per split with plate milestones
An optional on-device coach note (Apple Intelligence)
SetCue does not try to teach exercises, prescribe workouts, or become a social fitness feed. It is a clean instrument panel for the main number you want to move.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 2.2.0 — 2026-09-05

Progress on Apple Watch: each split's Training Max, trend and run of clean sessions, right on your wrist.
Train anyway: pick any split on a rest day from the watch.
Coach: a short on-device Apple Intelligence note that reads your trend back to you (iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence on; mirrored to the watch).
Weighted pull-ups and dips now count your bodyweight: rep targets and progression are based on total load, not the added plates alone.
Progress fixes: editing a split's numbers restarts its trend instead of charting a phantom jump; clearer date axis.

### 2.0 — 2026-05-30

lead with the headline features: Training Max history & trend chart, plate milestones, logging Done/Hard straight from the widget, Lock Screen widgets, and iCloud backup.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-05-18

• Customize your equipment: set your own bar weight, smallest plate, and dumbbell increment per unit (lb/kg). Today, the watch dashboard, and the lock-screen widget all use your gym's setup when suggesting plate loads.
• Fractional weights are now supported when entering a starting weight.
• Faster watch updates: edits to your plan now sync to the watch in a single coherent payload — no more brief flicker between save and sync.
• Tidier scheduling: assigning a split to a weekday automatically moves any other split off that day, keeping the week to one split per day.

### 1.0 — 2026-05-15
