This app is not working at all. It doesn’t show progress—you don’t know how much you’ve paid or how much you have left. Then it says I’m already registered to login. I go to login it say to register. I tried to reset my password, tonight I finally got it to send me a link to reset my password. It sent it to my email I hit the link button. And I get a white screen nothing else. I have trust Spring Legal Group to do right by me. I don’t know I can’t get into my account. I’ve told Global no help. I called Spring 3 times to get help and no fix has been found. Is the technology so advance their IT can’t fix this. I didn’t have no problem until the change was made and SETL changed it. They have done something and I am in a legal mess. When you can’t get your lawyer attention you have no legal representation but ever month they take my money.
