## What is Setlio?

Setlio is the all-in-one app for musicians and bands: organize your setlists, share your repertoire, and play live with synced lyrics and chords.

PLAY LIVE (Concert Mode)
Lyrics and chords on a big screen, auto-scroll, BPM sync with a metronome, and director mode so the whole band stays in time. Transpose the key instantly.

PROJECT THE LYRICS (Projection Mode)
Connect your phone to a projector or TV and show ONLY the lyrics, clean and large, so everyone can sing. The controls stay on your phone — the congregation never sees a menu. Pick a background from gradients and videos, or use your own image, and adjust font, size and text color. No cable? Open setlio.web.app/pantalla on a laptop and pair it with a code. Playing live? The projection follows the leader on its own.

SETLISTS & EVENTS
Build the setlist for every gig, rehearsal, or show. Reorder songs, adjust keys, and get everything ready. Add production, logistics, and event finances.

BAND REPERTOIRE
Share your repertoire with the whole band. Everyone sees the same songs, with their notes and arrangements.

YOUR LIBRARY
Save your songs with interactive lyrics and chords. Download them to play offline.

VOCAL TRAINING
Chromatic tuner, vocal range test, and exercises to improve your ear and technique.

HARMONY STUDIO
Explore progressions, modal interchange, and secondary dominants.

And more: organize show tasks, design the stage plot, export to PDF or an Apple Music playlist, and let AI build your setlist.

FREE FOREVER
Every Setlio feature is free: live concert mode, PDF export, stage plot, finances, logistics, and more. The free plan includes 1 band created by you, up to 5 members per band, 100 songs in your library, 3 upcoming events at a time, and 3 AI setlists per month.

SETLIO PRO — UNLIMITED
Project growing? Setlio Pro removes every limit: unlimited bands, members, library, and AI setlists. Auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly): billed to your store account and renewed automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, from your store settings.

Setlio works offline: your songs and events are always with you, on stage or at rehearsal.

Download Setlio and take your music to the next level.

### 3/5 — Really Really good

*2026-09-01*

It’s pretty awesome but there are a couple things that stop me from completely switching to it. One: I can only add songs ( that have not been added ) by pasting url of ultimate guitar tabs or la cuerda, where as in SongBookPro Im able to add directly inside the app from multi sites. If someone else has added the song I can’t edit it for myself. Two: I can’t seem to edit a song once I’ve added it. Three: there’s a finances feature I don’t need would like the option to turn it off. Four: the option to turn on a simpler layout pure text (like SongBookPro) for songs that does not separate a song into blocks. Five: language option to translate the app ( not everything is in English). If I was able to add songs directly inside the app, option for songs layout was simpler and pure text with syntax highlighting (SongBookPro) I would buy this in a heartbeat !!!!! great work

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.2.0 — 2026-09-03

You can now send a reminder to someone on the team. From an event, remind the people you pick —"drummer, remember to watch the tutorial"— and it arrives as a notification, plus it stays in their bell.

And the setlist PDF prints in two columns: almost twice as much per page. A setlist that took 11 pages now takes 7. You choose it when exporting, and it also applies to a single song PDF.

Also:

· You can read the song as a sheet: a new switch on the stand removes the section cards and leaves the lyrics flowing with the chords in color.
· If your team doesn't split payments, you can now hide the event's Finances tab from Settings. It deletes nothing.
· The help center is now in English and Portuguese —all 49 articles— and its search now finds what you type without accents.
· Editing your songs now shows up on every tab of your library, not just My arrangements. If the arrangement is someone else's, the app offers to create yours.
· The vocal range test no longer hands you a voice type as if it were a verdict: it says which one your range resembles, and you can pick your own.
· On iPad, sharing the setlist, an arrangement or a backup works again.
· A dot on the Suggestions tab tells you how many are waiting for your decision.
· Reordering the setlist and stepping through sections with a pedal are now where you were looking for them.
· Fixes to lyrics imported by link, to the tutorial icons, and to the PDF of events with a half-filled lineup.

### 2.1.1 — 2026-09-01

We listened to your reports about Monthly Planning:

· One person can now cover two roles in the same service. If you play guitar and also set up the sound board, the app allows it and tells you where else that person is booked that day.
· Pick each role's icon. If your drummer runs the tracks, give it the drum one: it shows up in the image you share with the group too.
· With more than one time slot, you can now group the dates by service and see at a glance who covers the morning one all month long.
· The setlist PDF no longer drops intro sequences, and the date and venue stopped getting cut off.
· Community search now finds what it used to miss. Typing two words like "Mi Dios" only searched for one of them, so the song could stay hidden even when it was there. Now it searches the whole phrase.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-08-31

Setlio 2.1

 MONTHLY PLANNING
The sheet you used to build in Excel and tape to the wall, now in the app. In your band profile: rows of roles, columns of services, and who covers each one. Reorder roles, add the ones you're missing, put several people on the same role, and share it to the group as an image. If you want, create that date's event right from there. It closes by telling you how many times each person is on and which role is still uncovered.

 RUN OF SHOW
In the Info tab: welcome, scripture reading, sermon, offering… the full order of service, and who leads each part. Duplicating the event copies the program with it.

THE TRACK, FOR THE WHOLE BAND
If the band has a track, only the organizer used to see it. Now the whole team sees and plays it, and it plays on the stand while you read the chords (in rehearsal).

THE PDF PRINTS THE KEY IT ANNOUNCES
The header said one key while the chords printed in another. Not anymore. And when you export you pick which arrangement and which key it prints in, without touching the one you use every day.

 YOUR MONEY, IN YOUR CURRENCY
Pick from 19 currencies in Finances: the fee, expenses and split all show the right symbol and decimals. The net —what's left after expenses— now leads over the gross, and your band's total no longer adds pesos to dollars.

 EVERYONE'S ROLE
If your instrument said "Instrument", it can finally be changed. It was happening to 538 people.

 IMPROVISE, WITH OR WITHOUT INTERNET
The song you add live now reaches the whole band's music stand. And if the venue has no signal, your band joins your phone by scanning a QR code — no more dictating the address.

 ALSO
· The Info tab is now ordered by the question it answers, with "Your part" at the end.
· The live session counter counts people, not devices.
· Planning the month no longer creates events unless you ask, and it respects your plan's limit.
· Two people planning the month at once no longer erase each other's work.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-08-26

Setlio 2.0

YOUR READING SPEED
The lyrics no longer scroll at the BPM. Now you choose how fast you want to read —from 0.5× to 3×— and it's saved for that song. Before, reading slower meant lowering the song's tempo, which changed it for the whole band (drummer's metronome included). Not anymore.

"THE CHORUS GOES THREE TIMES"
In the event setlist, mark how many times each block repeats. It shows next to the section name and the whole band sees it on stage. It lives in the event, because the arrangement changes every Sunday.

YOUR TRACK AND YOUR CHORDS, TOGETHER
In rehearsal mode, play your backing track without leaving the lyrics. If the song has several tracks, you pick — and changing the key no longer swaps it on you.

WHO READ YOUR MESSAGE
In your band and event chats, tap the little faces under your last message to see who has read it and who hasn't.

REMIND THEM, NO CAP
The button to ask for attendance confirmation now reaches the whole team, however big the band.

YOUR REPORTS, IN FULL
If you wrote to us, you now see the whole conversation —not just the last message— under Settings → My reports.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-08-22

Setlio on your computer
Go to setlio.web.app with the same account —email, Google, Apple, or by scanning a QR with your phone— and there's your library, your collections, the search and the stand. Typing lyrics and chords with a full keyboard, watching the preview right beside you, stops being Sunday's heavy lifting.

"What's the one that goes…?"
Search now looks INSIDE the lyrics too. Type the bit you remember and the song shows up, with the exact line quoted underneath so you can confirm it's that one. It searches the songs you already have saved: your library and your band's repertoire.

Pick who plays, and what each one plays
When you create the event —and afterwards too, if Sunday changes— you choose by photo who's in. And in the Info tab you give each one their role for the day: backing vocals, bass, keys… or write the one you need (trumpet, sound, camera). We let them know, so they show up knowing what for.

Two columns on your tablet
Turn it on from the stand and the lyrics split into two columns. Move however you like: scroll with your finger or jump page by page with the arrows and pedal — and it can advance on its own at the song's BPM.

One track for every key
Your repertoire now holds several tracks per song, one per key. If "Way Maker" dropped from G to F, you add the new one without deleting the old — and the setlist plays the one that matches the key you're actually playing in.

Your pencil notes stay put
The pencil never actually saved anything — a cleanup wiped them on every launch. Now they stick to their section, even if you change the text size.

The community saves you the typing
Once you fill in the title and move on to the artist, if someone already uploaded that song we offer it with its chords. One tap and it's yours, without writing it.

The setlist reorders on purpose
Dragging now lives behind a "Reorder" button, so a song no longer slides away while you scroll. And with the gesture freed up, long-pressing a song finally opens its actions.
