## What is Setmark?

Setmark is a straightforward, fully offline workout tracker built for people who just want to log their training without accounts, subscriptions, or ads.

WORKOUT TRACKING
• Build a library of exercises with muscle groups, equipment, and form notes
• Create routines where sets, reps, and rest time are configured per routine — the same exercise can be set up completely differently across different workout plans
• Track working sets, drop sets, and cardio (time, distance, speed) in one place
• Swap in an equivalent exercise mid-workout without losing your planned sets and reps
• Rest timer with a clear countdown and a vibration alert when it's time to go again

YOUR PROGRESS
• Full workout history, saved automatically
• Completion tracking so you can see how much of a planned workout you actually finished
• Stats broken down by muscle group, category, and individual exercise performance

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Setmark stores everything locally on your device. There are no user accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no third-party tracking of any kind — your training data never leaves your phone. See the full privacy policy for details.

Setmark is independently developed and actively used by its own developer — built to be the app a lifter would actually want to open every session.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 3.1.0 — 2026-08-20

This release brings together everything from the 3.0 development cycle: full Portuguese support, a body weight tracker, flexible tracking modes, and backups.

LANGUAGES
• Full English and Portuguese throughout the app — every screen, button, dialog, and date. Switch anytime in Settings > Language. This replaces the old "Exercise name language" toggle, and your previous choice carries over.
• Search now finds exercises by their Portuguese name as well as their English one, with or without accents.

BODY WEIGHT TRACKER
• A new Body Weight page, reachable from the Stats tab. Log a weigh-in and see your trend at a glance: one point per week, your change since last week, your change since you started, and whether you're gaining, losing, or maintaining.

BACKUP & RESTORE
• Export your exercises, routines, workout history, and weigh-ins to a single file, then import it back on another device. You'll see a summary of exactly what will be replaced before anything is overwritten.

TRAINING & TRACKING
• Three tracking modes per exercise: Sets (weight and reps), Distance (time, distance, speed), and Endurance (timed holds).
• Endurance holds now have a live timer. Tap start, get a 3-second countdown to set up, then the time records itself into the set when you finish. Pause and resume mid-hold whenever you need to.
• Endurance sets can carry weight too, for loaded holds like a weighted hang.
• Adding an exercise mid-workout now lets you choose how to track it, along with sets, rest, and targets.
• Editing a routine updates a workout already in progress — changed rest times, rep ranges, and targets appear immediately, without touching sets you've already logged.
• "Last time" now appears for endurance and distance sets, not just weight and reps.
• Reps accept decimals, and endurance times use precise minute:second entry.
• The automatic weight suggestion has been removed. Your previous set's actual numbers are shown instead, so the call is yours.

ROUTINES & LIBRARY
• Reorder your routines into whatever order suits you.
• Routine cards show each exercise's category at a glance.
• The compact library view marks which exercises are actually used in a routine.
• New muscle groups (Lower Back, Tibialis, Hands) and new categories (Tricking, Yoga).

STATS
• The overview now counts days trained this year rather than total workouts, so two sessions in one day count once.

FEEDBACK
• Report a bug or send a suggestion straight from Settings > Feedback.

FIXES
• Decimal weights and reps no longer snap to whole numbers while you're typing.
• Exercise names now appear in your chosen language everywhere, including swap lists and routine cards.
• Loading a routine, or tapping Quick Start, during a workout now asks whether to add to it or replace it — instead of silently discarding what you'd already logged.
• Removing an exercise mid-workout asks for confirmation.
• Rest and hold timers count evenly, second by second, with the countdown beeps landing exactly on the second.
