## What is Sets?

Sets does one thing: it logs your weight-training sets and shows you what
you did last time, as fast as possible.

Pick an exercise. Enter weight and reps. Tap Log Set. That's it. Next time
you do that exercise, Sets already shows you last time's numbers and
pre-fills the fields, so repeating a set is a single tap.

No account. No subscription. No social feed. No AI coaching. No nutrition
tracker. No exercise videos. Just a fast, private log of what you lifted --
built for people who already know how to train and want a logbook that
gets out of the way.

Buy it once. It's yours.

WHAT'S INSIDE
- One-tap logging for repeat sets
- "Last time" shown the instant you open an exercise
- Common lifts ready to tap, plus anything you add yourself
- Bodyweight exercises log reps only, with no meaningless weight field
- Today's sets, and a simple history of past days
- Swipe to delete a set you logged by mistake
- kg or lb, your choice
- Works fully offline -- nothing ever leaves your phone

WHAT'S DELIBERATELY NOT INSIDE
- No subscriptions or in-app purchases
- No social features, sharing, or feed
- No AI-generated programs or coaching
- No exercise video library
- No complex analytics or charts
