SetSense has helped to feel more confident in the gym and helped me get closer to reaching my goals! I now feel like I know exactly what I’m going to do when I get to gym and it makes my workouts so much smoother.  Before SetSense, my workouts were never consistent and I was not seeing the progress that I am now. Not only has it made me more comfortable at the gym but it has given me results that I can be truly proud of.
