## What is SetSix?

SetSix runs the workout your trainer actually gave you. Build your routine once, then let your wrist handle the timing while you focus on lifting.

Set up your session as an ordered list of activities: a warm-up run, stretches with per-side timing, your exercise block with three sets and rests between, a cardio finisher. Reorder them however your program runs. Each activity waits for you to tap start, so you get time to reach the machine before the clock begins.

FEATURES

- Circular countdown timers with a clear triple-buzz when time's up, so you never miss the end of a rest
- Full Apple Watch app that works on its own — leave your phone in the locker
- Heart rate and calories tracked live during your workout
- Every session logged to Apple Health as a proper workout
- Your exercises with weights and reps, updated as you get stronger
- Logs date, time, and total duration of every session
- Share your whole program with a training partner in a message
- Reminds you when it's time to book your next trainer check-in

SetSix isn't a social network or a subscription. There's no feed, no upsell, no account to create. Your data stays on your devices and in your Health app. Just the routine you were given, timed properly, every time you're at the gym.

Apple Watch required for heart rate and calorie tracking. Health app permissions are optional — SetSix works as a timer without them.
