## What is SETU for Indians in Australia?

SETU helps students in Australia manage housing, transport, fuel, groceries, and everyday essentials in one place.

Built for student life, SETU brings together practical tools that help you make smarter rental decisions, stay on top of living costs, and keep important records organised when problems happen.

With SETU, you can explore map-based housing insights, view community alerts, and report rental scams, unsafe conditions, or serious maintenance issues linked to an address. If something feels wrong before you sign or after you move in, SETU makes it easier to document it early and come back to it later.

SETU also helps with the day-to-day side of living in Australia. Compare fuel prices nearby, explore price trends and timing insights, search grocery items across major retailers, compare baskets, discover nearby essentials, and access transport tools to plan around where you live, study, and work.

When issues need follow-up, SETU gives you tools to stay organised. Save photos, PDFs, screenshots, links, and notes in your private Evidence Vault, keep a rental history with key address details, and use the Legal Center to build structured records from your saved information. You can also complete a tenancy health check, use SETU Guardian for guided support, and access state-based tenancy resources across Australia.

Use SETU to:
- Explore housing alerts and rental issue reports on an interactive map
- Report scams, maintenance concerns, and unsafe housing experiences
- Compare nearby fuel prices and track price insights
- Search groceries, compare prices, and plan cheaper shopping
- Discover nearby essentials and useful services around you
- Access transport tools that fit your routine
- Store documents, photos, and notes in a private vault
- Keep your rental history organised in one place
- Prepare clearer records for support services, advocacy, or disputes
- Access tenancy resources designed for Australia

Whether you are moving into your first rental, trying to stretch your weekly budget, or dealing with a difficult housing situation, SETU helps you stay informed, prepared, and better organised.

SETU is an informational and documentation tool and does not replace professional legal advice. Public housing alerts and reports may include user-submitted content.

*Crime Scores are based on historical and publicly available data. Low or High Score conclude history-and-fact-based statistics and not real estate purchase/sale/transcational advice
