In my example longer hair and addition of face furniture are not in the ID. The facial recognition algorithms are either sub par (they have not been trained enough) or the selfie taking methodology isn’t gathering enough info, because I can assure you the selfie and the photo ID are for the same person. I’m not sure I like the idea of the app actually seeing my ID (and potentially recording it).
