Their app needs some help, and I wish they would hire my husband as a UX designer to help them out!!! ### 2/5 — Good Food, Don’t Love The App *2020-06-23* Love the food. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience using this app. We were asked to add our car info (apparently for them to find you). Then, they don’t tell you the food is ready. We were waiting for someone to come but apparently you need to walk in to pick it up. This would all be fine if the language in the app would change in order to reflect what should be expected of the customer. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Great Food Horrible App *2023-02-10* I LOVE 7 Bros food both in Hawaii and Utah and I’m a loyal customer, but this app is absolutely terrible. Half the time it won’t even open and when it does I can’t click on most buttons. Also I’ve been coming here so long and gathering points but sometimes they just disappear for no reason. Tried to call in and place an order and they said they couldn’t take orders over the phone. I should’ve asked them to use their app to place my order and maybe they would’ve seen it’s not ready for prime time. I couldn’t get the food I wanted. Will I be back? Don’t know. ### 1/5 — Great Product. Disappointing Service *2020-05-02* Love the product but I’m always disappointed by the service. It’s shoot and miss with update as to whether your order is ready. I sent an order in at 6:40 for two burger combos. I called the restaurant at 7:30 to ask if and when the app would notify me of it being ready because they normally take around 30-40 to prep food. The girl on the other end said she didn’t know and asked me which order was mine. I told her and she said it has been ready. I’m now driving over to the restaurant to pick up my cold burgers. ### 2/5 — Can’t opt out of ad notifications *2022-09-20* I don’t see a place where I can shut of marketing and advertising notifications. When I get these unwanted notifications, my options are to continue enduring these or delete the app. I opt for the latter. ### 2/5 — Mystery Food *2022-04-25* The menu on the app has no descriptions or ingredients listed for burgers, fries and salads. If it’s your first time to order, how do you know what these items are? Can’t tell by the names. I could eat a truckload of their fries. I think the best burger they have is the one with guacamole and bacon and I always add some of the pickled jalapeños takes it to a whole Nother level.
