Like the countdown and the form instructions but really need 10 seconds between exercises. Hope this adjustment comes an update

and very easy to do, once you get used to up. I can do it in the morning before I go to work, so it is a huge bonus to me.

This workout really gets to you. Just wish it had 10 sec countdown instead of 5 sec.
