Quit smoking or vaping, one 5-minute mission a day. Sevro Pro gives you a 30-day program built around your risky moments. The counter, the money you keep and the SOS stay free, no subscription needed. No lectures, no medical talk, no account to create. Practical moves, your own numbers, computed on your phone, and something to hold on to when a craving hits. CIGARETTES OR VAPES When you start, you pick what you use: cigarettes, disposables, pods or a box mod. Smokers count in packs and see the cigarettes they skip, vapers their puffs. Missions, timeline and counter use your words. THE 30-DAY PROGRAM The heart of Sevro Pro. Each day brings one short mission: a quick read, a plan to prepare, something to do in real life, an exercise to let a craving pass. • Days 1–7, holding firm: your own SOS, your reasons, your evening ritual. • Days 8–21, unlearning the habits: an if-then plan for your hardest moments. • Days 22–30, staying free: your plan for a slip, then a certificate to share. The next mission opens the following day. Missed a day? The program waits for you, no catching up, no guilt trip. What you prepare comes with you: your plans, moves and reasons show up in your SOS when a craving hits, and your money goal moves forward on the home screen ("A bike, $350: 53%"). WHEN A CRAVING HITS The SOS button waits in the middle of the tab bar, on every tab. A guided breath, a timer, and your own reason, exactly as you wrote it. A craving rises and falls: Sevro keeps you company until it passes. The SOS is free and sells you nothing. A SLIP IS NOT A RELAPSE One cigarette, one puff? Log it, and your quit carries on: the counter doesn't go back to zero. Started again? Say so, no judgement, and restart when you choose, now or tomorrow morning. The money you've kept and your record stay yours. A COACH, IN SECONDS A craving, a night out coming up, a mission you're stuck on: ask, and it answers with your journey in mind. The coach is an AI: it only talks about quitting, it doesn't replace a health professional, and nothing is sent to it until you agree. Included in Sevro Pro. BETTER WITH SOMEONE Invite a buddy with a code. You each see the other's streak, record and the date of their last relapse. Never your slips. No alerts: it's all in the app, whenever you open it. Smokers count in packs, and their counter, missions, body timeline and notifications talk about cigarettes. On a smoker's timeline, at 12 hours: the carbon monoxide level in the blood is back to normal. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-25 Sevro Weekly now starts with a first week at $0.99, then $4.99 a week, no commitment. Sevro Yearly keeps its 3-day free trial. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-01 New: the 30-day program. One 5-minute mission a day, built around your risky moments. What you prepare comes back in your SOS when a craving hits. On day 30, a certificate to share. Included in Sevro Pro, with a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Also in this version: • A slip is no longer a relapse: log one puff and your quit carries on. If you've started again, restart when you choose, now or tomorrow morning. • The SOS button moves to the middle of the tab bar, on every tab. • Progress: your body timeline now accounts for slips and relapses. • Your buddy sees the date of your last relapse, in the app. Never your slips. • Free, no subscription needed: the counter, the money you keep, the SOS and your body timeline up to 2 weeks. ### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-28 The App Store now lists French, the app's main language. The subscription screen now says what it unlocks — taper mode and buddy mode — and shows the free trial when you're eligible. The counter, SOS and milestones stay yours, no subscription needed. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-21 Milestone cards are now free. Every time you reach a milestone, send it to anyone you want. Your reason, the one you write at the start, now shows up when you open the SOS. Tapping "I caved" in the SOS now logs your slip. What you saved, you saved. Plus fixes: the subscription screen offers a retry when the connection drops, the keyboard closes when it should, and durations display correctly. ## Apps similar to Sevro | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Dampvrij: quit vaping](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/dampvrij-quit-vaping/id6809720531) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Nicotine Free: Quit Vape & Zyn](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/nicotine-free-quit-vape-and-zyn/id6810766797) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [PuffOff: Quit Vaping & Smoking](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/puffoff-quit-vaping-and-smoking/id6789282894) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [and if – positive thoughts](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/and-if-positive-thoughts/id6757758929) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Countrol: Bad Habits Tracker](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/countrol-bad-habits-tracker/id6759825275) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Health & Fitness | | [Niki Coach Reset tes Habitudes](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/niki-coach-reset-tes-habitudes/id6740207801) | — | Free | Health & Fitness | ## More apps by Imad DJEBARNI - [Pellica: Light Meter, Film Log](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/pellica-light-meter-film-log/id6756510462) All apps by Imad DJEBARNI: https://appshunter.io/developer/1861076599 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
