I can’t access the latest issue, restore purchases does not work, and my monthly subscription still keeps getting charged. About to cancel.

I’m canceling my subscription.  When I could get the magazine I loved it.  But when there are updates I lose the ability to see new issues.  I’ve sent messages but been told they vacant locate my subscription.  They can locate my iTunes account to get my money.   I love getting magazines on my tablet, but not if you can’t read them

I have lost two years worth of subscriptions now because the app hasn’t let me read them. It’s very frustrating and I have canceled because of this. However, my subscription runs until August 2020 so I guess I just threw that money away as well.

Buy the magazine directly from Sew News. I still can’t get to any of my previous magazines that were included in my years subscription. I should be refunded the entire amount I paid. 

Stopped working 
10/15/18 - I have a paid subscription through iTunes until January. When updated app came out it wiped out the issues I already own and won’t let me access current issue. I’ve closed app, reopened, and also deleted and reinstalled. App keeps telling me it takes awhile to restore purchases, but 3 days is ridiculous! Fix this or return my subscription fee!

Like many people here I had trouble with the app restoring my purchases and I was unable to open any issues. I contacted customer support through the App Store and they replied almost immediately, providing me with a logon and password that worked! I am so happy to get access to my wonderful magazines! Don’t give up on Sew News, just click on App Support here and I feel you will be as satisfied as I am with the solution!
