I’ve sent messages but been told they vacant locate my subscription. They can locate my iTunes account to get my money. I’ve closed app, reopened, and also deleted and reinstalled. App keeps telling me it takes awhile to restore purchases, but 3 days is ridiculous! I contacted customer support through the App Store and they replied almost immediately, providing me with a logon and password that worked! I am so happy to get access to my wonderful magazines!
