## What is SEW RemoteAssist?

With the SEW RemoteAssist app, you can receive support from a service technician anytime and anywhere. The integrated video chat function allows you to work directly with an expert from SEW-EURODRIVE using augmented reality and resolve your issue together.
This saves you a lot of time and effort. You can add comments during the conversation, which increases efficiency and productivity. You can also share documentation such as checklists, images or videos in the app and during the remote call for additional support. Benefit from a fast response time, an increased your first-time-fix rate and significantly reduced costs.
