If you read the app description, the app is for managing your own Pattern collection. You need to input data about your own Patterns. My question is can you not Add an option to enter and search by pattern number? I buy and sell old patterns and would like to be able to search more quickly by the pattern number. Also allow for duplicate numbers because sometimes I might have several versions of a pattern. **Developer response:** You are leaving a 1-star review simply to ask me a question? You can search for everything you enter in the app, and if you want, you can also enter duplicate numbers. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-09-21* This app does not work. It is not intuitive; the help instructions refer to icons that do not exist; there is no obvious place to put the manufacturer and pattern number. Needs a massive overhaul. ### 1/5 — App is very limited *2020-08-29* At first this app looked like what I have been searching for. No information in beginning there is a limited number of sewing patterns you can enter and store. The apps needs lot of improvement- should be able to hold at least 200 plus sewing patterns, improve upon being too easy to loose or delete a pattern. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. Yes, as is stated in the app description, the free version has a limit of 10 patterns, whereas the paid version has no limits. Apart from that, the free version is fully functional. Whenever you delete something in the app, you are required to confirm. I am not sure how that could be made much safer? You set the fabric width by a number of yards plus a number of inches - so your fabric width can be anything between 0 yd 0" and 4 yd 35", which should suffice. Best regards, Claus ### 2/5 — not for me *2019-08-12* i really need a pattern library app i can use that doesn’t make me waste twenty minutes to get a good photo of a pattern. i really wanted this to work, but it doesn’t suffice. so i’m glad they offer the free version to try it out. if they fix the photo issue so that you can either use the entire photo or crop it how you want then maybe i will reconsider. the way it is now, you take a photo not knowing which portion of the photo they are going to use, then you see a crop box but aren’t able to actually move the photo so that it’s centered in the box. you can zoom in and make it get cut off, but not move the box where it needs to be. it’s not the right shape for a pattern packet, and it doesn’t help at all when trying to zoom in on the back details. they need to show the crop box when you’re taking the photo or allow you to move and resize to fit as needed. it would also be nice to have a pattern company and number option since i sort by that. i do like that you can add categories and add one pattern to several different ones. but the time it is taking me to add one pattern is making it obvious that my entire collection would take weeks, and i’m trying to save myself time and misery. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the photo capabilities don't suit your needs. When you take a photo in the app, the crop that you do is only used as the thumbnail to be shown in e.g. the Pattern list. The entire photo is stored as well, so when you tap a thumbnail, the full photo will be shown, in which you can pan and zoom as you like. Also, even if the crop box is fixed when you have taken your photo, you should be able to move any part of the photo into the box quite easily, by panning and zooming. Your suggestions for Pattern Company and Number have been put on my list for future improvements. I wish there was a way to enter a pattern name and/or number and have the info loaded automatically. I have a lot of commercial patterns that would be easy to pull pics and details from online. Manually having to enter the info keeps me from using this app. ### 3/5 — Has Potential *2019-02-21* This app has a lot of potential but using it after a couple of minutes I’ve quickly come across something that could work better. - I can’t upload my PDF patterns, with instructions into the app. It would be great to have all the info from the PDF in the app. - To get around this I took a screenshot of the pattern cover page as well as the 2nd page which has all the pattern variations (dress version, top only), yardage required etc. If I could upload the whole PDF file it would be great **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. I would like to know if this service is offered if I pay for the application. If so, is the payment made one time or is it an annual charge? **Developer response:** Thank you for the review! I love how I can organise my patterns and put notes on when I have completed something. What I need to do if I have to change or did an adjustment to the pattern. I can put the fabrics I have bought into the notes or even into fabrics. In my notes I have a system with a QR code on where those fabrics are and which storage system I have them. It is a simple but effect way of keep track of patterns especially if you have bought a duplicate by mistake. I love how the pdf patterns can also be incorporated since I buy these on Etsy and other websites regularly. There are at least 10 different categories of garment types which you can use to categorize your patterns. There is plenty of room for notes also. This one seems work pretty well so far. I have just added first 10 patterns of many many patterns. I have over 500 to enter. That will mean changing to the $ version. Will I be able to import the already added pattern to the paid version? I like the size of the thumbnail picture (great for my aging eyes). Would like to see a way to look up specific items several ways (like by source or fabric type or star rating). **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your review! When using the Filter option, you should be able look up your patterns based on source, fabric type, star rating and actually anything else - or a combination of those.
