What if I want to search a different area? I live in Cary, NC and it shows an offender living down the street from me. After calling the apartment community to verify, I found out that no such person lives in the property. In fact we traced him to be living out of state. This is a HUGE error on the developers part and could have big potential for lawsuites for misrepresentation.
