I downloaded the app, paid a monthly subscription and CANT access anything! Checked my card, I was charged. Everytime I try to read something, it’ll show it’s locked but it’ll say I paid for it and have the subscription but still can’t use it. I restarted my phone, redownloaded the app and i still can’t access anything. I sent them a screen recording too hopefully they can help me figure it out otherwise I’ll get a refund.

We recently added the monthly plan, and it wasn't correctly linked to unlock Pro access. Your payment was processed correctly and your subscription was active throughout; the app simply failed to unlock the content. This was entirely on our side.

The issue has now been resolved and your Pro access has been restored. Please force-close the app and reopen it, and your content will unlock. If you run into any further problems, please get in touch.
