It has taken 25 minutes for input of address details - your automation does not work and address fields require input even if not used ie. To make it work must fill all fields and some not relevant.

Items don’t stay in bag if you close the app for a short time so you need to start again. Easy to come off the page you’re on accidentally so you have to go back in and find your item a second time. Some of the photography makes it hard to properly see and assess the clothes

The App website can be difficult to navigate, a lot of options to select versus a drop down menu. The visual is easy but once you select the category by size, not every product is visible. Sometimes you search by item name & Sezane actually still has the product available. However trying to find the item on the site, it’s not necessarily found when searching by category.

I love the quality for value of Sézane.  The app could be slightly tweaked to allow only the items available in your size when you shop by size. Also, customer reviews for clothing/shoes would assist in choosing sizes.

Purtroppo quasi ogni volta che apro l’app (da iPhone 16) mi chiede di effettuare nuovamente il login. Non c’è modo di visualizzare la wish list. Cliccando sul cuoricino che dovrebbe portarmi lì arrivo unicamente ad una pagina di vendita di gift card… penso sia un bug.

I used to love this brand, but I had noticed the clothes quality has decreased; still the clothes has better quality than the shoes as the shoe’s leather peels very very easy and is not worth it in my opinion. Also the website used to be better and now it’s very difficult to find the items I am looking for. I hate when u want to buy something and it says in other person cart but yet more than 30 minutes passes or 2 hrs and still says the same thing like the website doesn’t upgrade if the item sold out or not.  Never received notifications if the item comes back in stock. I don’t know, it’s loosing its mojo. I had purchase items from other places that are not getting too big yet and still doing an excellent job.

The automatic address lookup is supposed to save time, but it did the exact opposite.

The first time, it couldn’t even find my home address. The second time, it automatically selected the wrong building and my order was sent to a completely different block.

What’s even worse is that there’s no option to manually edit or correct the address once it’s been selected.

An address lookup feature should make things easier, not create delivery problems. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.

I absolutely love Sézane. Their clothes are so chic and stylish, but still really easy to wear. There’s always something lovely to find, from gorgeous shirts and blouses to beautiful statement pieces. It’s one of those sites I can happily spend far too long browsing!

Cliente depuis le lancement de la marque, je suis fan des collections, des engagements et du SAV qui ne m’a jamais déçu! 
Ma seule requête pour rendre mon expérience vraiment fluide : pouvoir choisir la langue souhaitée (pour moi le français) peut importe le pays dans lequel on se trouve. J’habite en Autriche mais ne parle pas allemand, je dois TOUT traduire quand je veux consulter les fiches produits. Je vous assure que ça ne paraît rien mais ce n’est pas l’idéal :)
