They owed me a return and only sent me a portion of it and did not give me my entire refund back. They just kept telling me 10 business days and nothing event happened. I even would start new games and they wouldn’t verify and give me credit. I’m close to my one month being up and haven’t been able to get any benefits from it. The customer service is horrible.
