For going on 5 days now however the app doesn’t show me my several hundred of estimated Sezzle spend, my virtual card is locked out even though all payments are up to date and there is nothing outstanding. It is not even showing the current payments on the streak counter. Did the contact through the chat that confirmed I had available spending, eventually was escalated to an actual person who can not tell me what is going on because they don’t know either and have again escalated it. Been two plus days now with no updates or replies. Starting to look at other options. Update: After more attempts of contact to their “customer support” I finally received the response that the risk team deactivated my account, with no explanation given at all, nothing can be done, too bad. I’ve barely ever been late on payments over the years and had a decently high available spend and they just up and decided to shut me down. Again nobody can tell my why, just a craptastic “sorry, we understand your frustration but nothing can be done.” Thanks for nothing. I’d look elsewhere if I were you Final update: Almost a week later they finally got back to me after I reached out to them like they said in their response on here, to review my concerns and offer better clarification…their response was it was there system that made the decision, and no member of their team, management included can change or override that decision. So basically they can’t control their own system that they created and can’t understand it’s decision making process either. I made a payment same day it was due and was charged a late fee. I called the customer service number to get the fee waived because it was on time same day. The customer service was awful. No call back from a manager and when I called in to speak with someone else for customer service I got the same unhelpful person. They are rude and disrespectful. Can’t use a debit or credit card to pay without a fee which makes no sense. Only bank account or if you add money to their site. Just difficult for no reason especially when Klarna and Afterpay is an option everywhere there’s just no comparison. Basically making anywhere pointless since I only have $200 in credit. Especially when you can go with Afterpay or Klarna and have double the spending power with no fee to use it. I have been consistently getting charged for a premium subscription that I don’t even have. First I tried the subscription because it was only $1. Ever since I signed up for subscription I stopped receiving credit in my games. I even would start new games and they wouldn’t verify and give me credit. I’m close to my one month being up and haven’t been able to get any benefits from it. The customer service is horrible.
