## What is SF ID Formatter?

A fast, simple utility for Salesforce admins and developers. Paste a 15 or 18 character record ID and SF ID Formatter cleans it, validates it, and converts between the 15 character (case sensitive) and 18 character (case safe) forms using the real checksum. It even names the object type from the ID prefix.
