No way! A colleague sent some samples and paid custom duty in China, I then got charged in Japan again and had to pay. None of their tracking numbers work to complain about being charged twice. Tracking information was extremely limited and often unavailable, making it impossible to know where my package was. Customer service was difficult to reach and could not provide clear or consistent information. The service felt unreliable, especially for international shipments, and I was left confused about who was responsible for delivery. A tall big man being combative toward a female living alone. I would NOT TRUST SF Express with my packages with this deliveryman continuing to endanger customers.
