Got a new iPhone 12 Pro and updated and reinstalled everything. The app crashes on startup regardless of what I do. Says “downloading updates” and then an error box comes up. Error code 0014. Can’t access my account

Compared to other banks out there. This is probably one of the worst. I’ve had to change my password numerous times and there and you are limited on what you can do on this app. There online banking is horrendous. Sometimes I would rather switch banks than deal with this app.

This is the worst app ever. Can’t keep passwords. Can’t keep fingerprint. Can’t keep Face ID. If you use your desktop and then phone app it makes you login all over again. If you set up a bill pay and want to change the amount, you have to delete it and re-enter the information. Can’t see you bank to bank transfers or make them from the app. So lacking in everything that the big banks can do. But the worst is the ad nauseum times you have to type your password to even get in the app.

You guys are a bank. You have endless capital to put into development resources. I’ve reset my password multiple times, yet the password and userID only works on the web version of personal banking and doesn’t work within the app, the app says invalid although they’re 100000% correct credentials. Fix your app, it should be using and verifying with the exact same database as the web version.

Line items are difficult to sort now that "pin used/not used" has been added. You need to change this add on to the back of the charge title regardless if the info comes from the point of use or not. I liked the other format where you could easily track where money was going. Now, you have to select each line item to verify where the cash flow is headed....

Face ID doesn’t work for me for some reason… my family uses the same app on the same phone but it works for them… any suggestions on how to fix this?
