Don’t waste your time downloading this app *2021-02-23* No point in downloading this App- as soon as you log in and go to your inbox the app crashes!!!! Again and again and again! Thank you, ^RA ### 1/5 — Do not use this service *2020-09-26, version 4.2.3* My company started using SFax 3 years ago and they were great until they were acquired by another company (efax maybe? I don’t know). Now their service is terrible. Their app on android and Apple is terrible. It is unreliable and doesn’t work half the time. Their customer service is nonexistent, and if you finally reach someone, they can’t fix the problem and tell you to wait a few days and try again. If I could switch away from Sfax I would, but they have my business fax number tied down and I cannot port it away from them. ### 1/5 — Received faxes *2020-09-03* Can not open faxes received. Every time I click on the the link to view the faxes I received it boots me out of the app. I tried to delete and reinstall as well as reboot by iPad. Now I have to call the office have them open the fax and email it to me for view. It crashes when accessing anything received. It can only send out faxes. The website does not work on mobile devices either. The menu takes up half the screen and you’re unable to see anything useful from the faxes. PLEASE FIX THIS APP! Sometimes I can get in app on phone but when I go to my name it crashes. I check my SFax app several times a day as I am on the road a lot, and receive medical orders many times throughout the day. It’s a coin toss on whether it is going to crash or not.
