There is no way a person can remember that 12 digit number to log in. Then you make me enter a password and code 4 times in order to pay my mortgage. Ridiculous

We’ve had ongoing problems with website access (the second time I cannot even access it on the computer so I have to go to my phone and, when I mentioned it to a manager last week, she didn’t even care that I couldn’t get on it!), as well as very rude tellers. We’ve reduced our interactions and work with the bank to a minimum. Even some of their advertising does not display professionalism or respect, but rather immorality in families. Several of the employees don’t seem to want to be at work or realize they’re working for the customer. they do have a couple that seem professional seems to be the exception rather than the rule.

This has been going on for weeks, I haven’t had access to my banking app for 3 weeks. I update the app today and now it says the app is completing an update and the bar isn’t moving. I still cant access my bank, very frustrating being locked out of the money you work for

Ever since this bank has taken over our previous bank…our online banking app has been terrible! If it continues I’m seriously thinking of switching banks as its just not worth the hassle. There are too many other banks out there with working apps and better options.

Updated app and I cannot get into anything or see any of my accounts.  Very annoying on a weekend when I do errands and shopping. Cannot see if paycheck was deposited either
