I tried transferring mom to my mom’s account (also a member of SFFCU) and previously her account was on the app. Now with this new app I tried linking her account to do regular transactions but it asking for a shareID/loanID I tried looking for that put it what I thought the example showed me and it doesn’t work. So then I call the SFFCU multiple times when I bring up the app the call disconnects me it happened 4 times I got far with one person but then I ask about the app and the situation the call drops what is going on??? The app is very reminiscent of the 2015-17 year of app styles. That sort of gives you the sense that it’ll be unreliable or glitchey.
