Deleting the app and then downloading it anew seemed to fix the problem, but only for a while. Eventually I discovered that the audio was being delivered to the the tiny speaker at the top of the phone, used in normal cell-phone communication mode. No other app I have that uses audio has behaved this way. (iPhone 12 pro max) ### 1/5 — Terrible App, No Headphone Support? *2022-06-19, version 1.5* An audio guide app that doesn’t support headphones. I guess I’m expected to just walk around with my phone speaker blasting the audio guide to other guests? Or just hold my phone to my face for 3 hours. Yes sorry for the throwback. I brought them along just in case having seen the complaining re inability to use Bluetooth earphones. The volume was fine with the cable earphones. I can understand the supposed low-volume so as to not bother other museum visitors if holding iPhone to ones ears. Minus one star because of the circular redundancy in the app. ### 5/5 — I Can Help With the Headphone Issue! *2021-07-05, version 1.3* Even though the app has a new version, it's great! I think we have to get used to the changes, which might take some bits of time. I can explain how to use wireless headphones on the app. First, go to "Settings", and then tap "Audio Prefrences". Next, tap the built in speaker option, and then connect your headphones. If you already connected you headphones, you have got a bit of a headstart! I really hope this works for you and other users! ### 1/5 — No AirPod support *2021-05-27, version 1.2* Visually the app looks fine, but the audio support doesn’t work with wireless headphones for some reason. ### 2/5 — Can't Connect to Airpods *2021-05-11, version 1.2* I do love the wealth of information available through the app, but it no longer supports playback over airpods, which is a real shame. ### 2/5 — AirPods not working *2021-05-01, version 1.2* Doesn’t work with AirPods which pretty much renders it useless. Can hold the phone to your ear but that is a real hassle. Seems like they’ve given up on this app ### 1/5 — No Bluetooth audio *2021-03-14, version 1.2* This app is basically an audio guide and it doesn’t even work with Bluetooth headphones. ### 1/5 — So limited *2020-03-05, version 0.14.53* It’s somehow useful for the audio tours, but the interface and content are incredibly limited and dated.
