You take all the trouble to make such a good application which is so useful especially when trying to figure out where a bus might be or its route instead of just figuring out the bus that is coming to the bus stop near you! But the moment we open the app there will be some stupid ad which nobody sees that goes on for almost a minute or two!!

The app should not allow ads to take so long to load as many need the info to catch the bus. Nowadays I am not sure who is responsible but 34min timings are becoming the norm but buses are arriving way ahead. I think the app needs to be updated to run at correct timngs. If the buses are seriously taking 34 mins then the transport authorities should really amen their 1960’s timing. Have been using this app for a longtime. But it’s becoming a hindrance to use

This was my favorite bus app, but after recent app updates, there is more and more advertisements, which really impact my use experience. While I’m urgently want to check if a bus coming or not a lot advertisement pops out, it’s really very frustrated now with it.

This feature is good but when I’m in a rush to see the bus arrival time, the advertisement will pop up and you can not see the bus arrival time on time. This put me off to continue to use the app. You can see that this app developers didn’t think about user at all.

Ive been using this app since 2015. It’s reliable and user friendly. Only issue came when I switched back to iPhone this month. I cant seem to find a way to add a Bus stop bookmark. Can only add bus bookmarks. Hope they can fix this

What is this! Why is there ads, I am trying to catch the bus and see how much I time I have left but NO, there is an ad. I have missed many buses due to this and it is very annoying. I know many other people who would like there to be no more ads. Please.

I have seen negatives reviews on inaccuracy of arrival time. So far, personally it works alright for me. But the ads, I do agree can be annoying. But overall, give & take, still good for daily use. Thank you.

This was my go-to app before, but based on personal experience, it’s become less reliable over the years. I take bus 16 and and here are two (of many) separate occasions where the ETA was not accurate: 
1. ETA shows 9 mins but it arrives 20 mins later
2. ETA shows 20 mins but it arrives 3 mins later 
I’m already on the lookout for another app

It states ‘arrive’ then later ‘1 min’, it kept switching between this two words. In the end, 10 minutes had past. I could have took another route but I was determined that the bus would arrive anytime. 

Next, the ads always appear at the wrong time. When I am in a hurry, and check the bus arrival, the ads appeared and wasted my time.

I have been using this app for 2 years. At the very beginning, it was a great app. Now i would say it is the worst one! ! Full of advertisements (each ad lasts very long). You will always miss the bus because you don’t have a chance to search until your bus passes just in front of you!!! A company only pursuing the profits, it will be closed soon!!

for as long as I can remember I have used this app… must’ve been many years now. i liked it because of the clean and simple design. 

but now i’m just flooded with annoying, intrusive pop up ads nearly every time i open the app, and it takes forever to close them. what if i was rushing for time?? guess it’s time to move on - there are way better ones out there anyway

It’s more like a rough indication as to when the bus is arriving and lately it often indicated some buses are not in service when actually the bus arrives 2 minutes later or just left the bus stop. And then having advertising popping up when you need to see the bus schedule is irritating.

Recently when I open this app (specially in a hurry sometimes and reaching the bus stop), i get these stupid ads. And I have to wait for it to complete to then go check the buses. Ads are for very short duration (like 5 sec), but frustrating. Specially when I am in a hurry.

The timings shown on this app are NOT accurate at all!! There were many times when I had to rush to the bus stop as it says that the bus will be coming in 3 min (for example).. but I ended up waiting for 10 mins or more. There were also times when the app says that my bus will be arriving in 2 mins and after refreshing again, it says that the bus is arriving. But, for the third time, I refresh the timings, and the timing suddenly changed to 20+ mins??!!! I have been fed up a few times while using this app😌

Will you install a audio function that will enable the blind to access / hear the contents. Eg.. 
1. a readout of how many minutes for the next bus 
2. Like a voice prompt where the blind can just ask “ when is the next bus 123 arriving ?”

First i went down the usual time i always do, which always when i just reach the bus stop and the bus will just perfect time come to me. Suddenly today i also went down at usual minute i always, it was 4 min, just went down the lift it dropped to 1 min. Do i live at the marinabay sands? even marinabay sands is not that high. Second is where im already late and waited for the  ‘5 minute’ bus, after 5 min it says 2 min. I also waited, suddenly it went back to 4 minute. Please do something.

Have been using the app for any years, but the recent updates that made ads compulsory to watch made user experience a lot worse than what it used to be. No one has the time to watch ads when they are rushing for time…and it is impossible to close the ads since we keep getting redirected to Lazada or other associated apps..please change this…

Pushing a full page ad at a user when they need a quick check to see their bus arrival time is not only inconsiderate. But showing full page ads for solely one company, Lazada, is highly biased towards them. User should be able to opt out of seeing their ads, even though Lazada changes their ad contents weekly. Bear in mind you are an utility app serving the public, not Lazada, so stop acting like you are owned by them. Besides, cluttering a daily used app is not going to win Lazada more customers. It is just going to make them a nuisance.

Every time I use this app, without fail I’d be disappointed. The amount of times I’ve been late due to the inaccurate timing of the buses arrival timing shown is ridiculous. The amount of times I’ve stood at the bus stops waiting ridiculous amount of time which then lead to me sweating is simply unacceptable. If u can’t get the timing right then put your app up!! No apologies, no compensations, no nothing and carried on as if there’s nothing for making us users late and some even fired from their jobs because of your app lying to its users about the accurate timings of the arrival of buses. I personally received 2 warning letters due to lateness just because  this app not being able to provide me the proper and promised information needed. This is just ridiculous and unacceptable

I get it.  The app needs to make money.  But the interface for Ads is terrible making the app unusable without having to close it and open it again.  The core purpose of the app is null once an Ad pops up.

no cos if i could give 0 stars i would cos what the hell i was gna take 88a to sch as it’s usually lesser people than 88. so when i went down the house they told me 8 mins ok?? DEN I WAIYED FOR 10 mins the timer was at 2Mins. take note it’s alrdy 8.30 and class starts at 9 so i take the benefit of doubt and waited even though a super crowded 88 bus arrived. ok anyways another 10 mins has passed and they told me there’s NO MORE SERVJCE ????? What the hell LOL. i was literally like Late.

Loved this app until they added full screen takeover ads that often don’t even have a way of closing them.  Happens right as you are looking for a bus arrival time etc.   

As soon you the ad appears I swipe the app closed and reopen.  Terrible experience

I have been using this app for a while now and love it.

The arrival time is at least 95% accurate of the time and that s enough for me.  Even if the bus didn’t show up on the dot, it is at most 5 minutes behind.

It gave me a lot of appreciation to the bus drivers who have to keep their tight schedules while at the same time, keep the passengers safe.

I have been using it for many years, I can bookmark Buses, but I have tried many times I could not find the method to bookmark Bus Stops by Stop No., can u please let me know how to do it? 

And finally can you add a feature to allow me to sort my bookmarks?

SG Buses app is much better than MyTransport app. It is because SG Buses app show 3 arrival timings facilitate planning whereas MyTransport app only show 2 arrival timings. SG Buses app show they understand commuters’ needs to plan bus trips ahead of time so the 3 timings show commuter care and forward planning with needs of commuters in mind. Keep it up😄😄. Thank you.

Amazing app to quickly check timing and general location of buses through the maps. The bus route feature is also nice to see which stops the bus stops at. At very rare instances (3-4 times over 2 years) the bus timing have been widely off compared to when the buses arrive. Otherwise, great app.

Consider it being a free app, and that nothing in the world works exceptionally great all the time. I think the developers did a great job. Sometimes it’s inaccurate for reasons we may not know, but if it helps organise your trip better, and comparing to before when we don’t even know when a bus might arrive. I think this app does it job well!

This has everything I need. Its uncluttered interface is designed well such that ads don’t get in the way, and there are a few essential tabs.

I also like that it lets you search for a bus number or bus stop in one search box, because sometimes I hurriedly search to find the routes. This has been the best in terms of startup time, simplicity, and being easy to use.
