This company should have a conscious and stop selling garbage items. Their developers are in over their heads and can’t put together a working app. I wrote code for programs 15 years ago and it’s now (obviously) obsolete- this app is the same. You’re paying $300+ for a service they don’t provide. You get a $5 clock.

Program was working normally now crashes with new iOS on iPhone you guys need new update its not installing create new app please

I’ve called multiple times and each time they say the App will be updated. I’ve heard several different dates. The last one was the week after Christmas. Worked great until iPhones have to be upgraded. They aren’t keeping up with Apple IOS versions. Bummer.

Don’t waste you time on buying anything from SGHome.  The products work at first then they don’t.   They never update their apps to go along with phone updates.  Horrible.   I’m buying from another business

I tried to sign up with no result it is like a virus stealing emails names and passwords the people says it is great blablablas are same people for app 
The number  never worked how come to wait for answer and for emails same

Purchased an SG unit early in December 2019. Can not use it with IOS until app is updated. So I paid $300.00 for a $7.00 clock. Waiting for app to update.

Seller wouldn't allow last review.. there are no working push notifications for this app. Support for this app is horrible. Can only be contacted via email. Rec'd email that the notifications have been updated but still don't work

App continually crashes while viewing camera, other then that it works good.

I am not sure why others are having issues, probably network based or perhaps it’s their phone but the app works great. I record to the cloud which is convenient and the app alerts me to motion. The covert camera is great, no one ever knows it’s there. 

Support is also great
