This is the worst banking app.
It seems to shut down every week and it takes ages for you to update it.
I will definitely file a complaint report to my sgbl branch.

After recent update , when add my username and account id , i got sms to verify , then i got error something wrong try again, then i close the otp and login again using my username and id it work, so i have to relogin every time , get back the old app, or test ur app before u lunch it

They never answer calls, emails, applications... atm’s are always empty, and the application does not perform transactions. Above all, they work from 8:30 till 12:00, how are people supposed to come to the bank???

This app has got to be the single worst designed pile of spaghetti code i've ever come across.
Basic functionality like LOGGING IN isn't functional. 
You have to register an account that was already created for you in-house. WHY?
Terms & Conditions invisible during registration, they expect you to hit Accept without reading.
When it DOES get to a working state the UI is so poorly designed it must've been designed by a monkey.

To SGBL: If this is the state of Lebanese developers then outsource your development ffs

To SGBL customers: Find a better bank.

Whenever i try to register it gives me “ error” , I’ve called “1274” many times, I tried to fix it in the bank and still I cant use it .

To register you don’t understand what to input!

Abroad should go on App Support that redirects you to sgbl.com that is a joke website and no mobile compatibility. Search for online banking in sgbl.com and no results. 
I hope it will be improved. You really need to see a serious online company. Regards.
