First add when downloading the app is that it will show and track Your order from the app and I have not been successful to do so thus far. ### 3/5 — UPDATE THE APP FOR IPAD PRO/LANDSCAPE *2025-03-08* SGC, I ask that you please update this app, similar to PSA’s app with the latest update pushed in the last 2-4 weeks, to function on the iPad/iPad Pro with landscape orientation. This app is nice but useless to me the way it is now because it’s tailored to iPhone screens only. I have no idea who in their right mind would use an iPhone to enter submissions but, the iPad Pro with a keyboard/trackpad and Apple Pencil is 1,000x better for anything like that. I currently use the website because the app isn’t setup to function correctly on an iPad or iPad Pro in landscape orientation. Use the corporate overload who bought the company and ask them to implement the same functionality (at least as far as for landscape/iPad use) that they implemented recently in the PSA app, please! ### 3/5 — Trouble opening *2024-11-05* When trying to sign in on my iPhone screen locks up. You have to close and reopen app. Cards do not transfer to My Cards after order has completed. Setting it n profile was properly set. If the bugs get fixed then the rating would be higher. ### 2/5 — Super late shipping *2024-04-05* I ordered four cards for normal grading and it said the turn around time was 5-10 days. It has been a month and still no cards. The email that got sent to me that it was expected on a Thursday and it has said that it is in a city across the country and it is Saturday. ### 2/5 — Terrible experience *2024-02-26* Why am I required to log in EVERY TIME I use the app?!!! It’s so frustrating. Be better. There are a few upgrades I’d like to see happen. 1 - Fix the login. Currently it requires connecting with the SGC website too frequently. I feel like I have to go through the login process every time I open the app. 2 - Cards that don’t have an existing photo need to have the option to add one. When I add a card that was graded prior to the photo service, I need to be able to add a photo of the card that I’ve taken. 3 - There needs to be a QR code option to add cards to the registry.
