## What is SGCaddie?

"I putted badly today." "My driver cost me the round." Are you sure?

SGCaddie is a Strokes Gained (SG) analysis and golf GPS rangefinder app. It needs no sensors and no GPS watch, only your smartphone. It measures the gain or loss of every shot, so you can find where you really lose strokes and decide what to practice first.

WHAT IS STROKES GAINED
Every shot is compared with the average number of strokes a player needs to hole out from the start and end points. The difference is that shot's contribution to your score. It is the standard statistic used on the PGA TOUR.
- Off the Tee (OTT)
- Approach (APP)
- Around the Green (ARG)
- Putting (PUTT)
Separating the four shows whether a bad putting day was really an iron problem.

FEATURES
- Shot tracking: a few taps at the ball. GPS measures the distance; add club and lie later.
- GPS rangefinder: distance to the pin and to the front, center and back of the green.
- MAP: place a target on the aerial photo to see remaining distance, expected strokes and your club dispersion ellipse.
- Preview mode: open every hole the night before, plan your strategy and save hole notes.
- Strokes Gained analysis by round, category and hole, compared with PGA TOUR or scratch to 30 handicap.
- Traditional stats: fairways hit, greens in regulation, putts per round, scrambling.
- MY BAG with carry distances, memo, and two-green course support.

LOCATION
GPS is used only to record ball position and measure distance to the pin. It is not collected in the background. Distances shown are horizontal distances on the map and may differ on uphill or downhill holes.
