It used to be user friendly before ### 2/5 — Potential to be a great app but is extremely Buggy *2025-01-22, version 2.1.4* I think SGCar Mart has been my favourite app when it comes to car sales/rental/news. The previous versions of the app were buggy but didnt deteriorate the user experience. However, the recent version is quite bad and often requires me to force quit/restart the app to search for what I need. Previous page button disappears, login is always broken and it hangs more than the usual. A word to the developers, please do regression testing cause this is a great app that has too many critical bugs. ### 3/5 — Corrupted screen when searching under New Cars *2021-06-25, version 2.0.3* Screen corrupted with random words spreading over the entire screen. Upon rejecting credit card payment as the fee stated was $58 not the promised $38, the app did not redirect me back to original page where I have all the information fill. The interface isn’t the best and the app sometimes crashes. The video review also doesn’t load well. It still crashes frequently, freezing with no way out, especially when I was editing my ad. I have paid extra for the StarAD and today I can’t even go into my ad listing! I have never felt it as an app. It feels like a website on a mobile app/browser. No difference between me going to their website and me going to the app. Search function and filters are either lacking or doesn’t work. Performance of the app is slow. Best part of it, I go into a selected listing, and once I click back (lol you have to find for that back button), it brings me to the start of the page, which requires me to scroll down again going past the same listings I have already gone past and decided to ignore. User friendliness is close to zero. For now, I’m using carousell for used car searches. Pretty much the most important filter…. ### 1/5 — Latest version Apps imperfect *2024-09-08, version 2.1.4* Latest version UI looks nice but seem like even difficult to use. For instance the advance search option, after choosing , the chosen parts show in 1 bottom horizontal line, it’s extremely inconvenient compared to old version. For shortlisted page, no longer showing unavailable car. All the shortlisted cars will be display on the page, need click one by one to check the availability of the car, it’s such inconvenient! ### 1/5 — UI is horrible *2022-07-29, version 2.1.0* UI jumps around every time you return from viewing a car. Obviously just a front end to the website but not well designed for mobile. Ads are slow to load so pages jump when they eventually load ### 1/5 — Super annoying refresh *2021-07-26, version 2.0.3* When ever you scroll half way through listings, the page will refresh on its own and you are back at the top. You view a car in listing, same thing happen. Return to listing, it goes back to the top. Can’t you just fix the problem of your ads that keep causing auto refresh and consider user experience first? ### 1/5 — App takes forever to startup on latest iOS *2020-05-10, version 1.3.4* App takes forever to start up on the latest iOS. Whatever bug fixes you released technically is making the app worse. 10 May 2020: app now starts up quicker and almost immediately. But after search results are shown when searching for specific models, unable to click in to see specific car. The car is in good condition and the Jack is very accommodating if you need any assistance if is within his mean he will accommodate to it. This place is very transparent about their pricing and doesn't have any hidden cost. Certainly a go-to platform, if you intend to sell your used car.
